This was my experience on my food-body-soul journey and what I learned is that doing this doesn’t feel good in my body, doesn’t create wellness in my mind and doesn’t lead to long-term results.


When I finally started listening to my inner wisdom and intuition about what I actually need and what’s good for MY body, I realized that what I had spent YEARS searching externally for something to “fix” me- when the “fix” was within me all along. It wasn’t until I finally trusted myself to ditch diet mentality and heal my relationship with myself, that I really began living.


Your relationship to food and your body is a direct relationship to your relationship with yourself and with life.


When I healed my relationship around diet, food, my body and my intuition so many things shifted!


I developed a more loving and connected relationship with myself, I created more space within my mind, my mood and emotion regulation improved, I got to a comfortable weight within my body (withOUT dieting) and I began to embrace and enjoy life again.

Hi! I’m Shayna,

Yoga instructor and studio owner, mindset coach and nurse, with the aspiration to empower women to confidently lead wholesome, aligned, fulfilling lives by unlearning years of societal pressures and finally getting back to living the life they deserve.


For years I struggled with all or nothing thinking, emotional eating, starting and stopping, feelings of failure and feeling not good enough. I spent many years searching for something to “fix” me and I was desperate to get off this rollercoaster. I yearned for the freedom to design my journey, but lacked the mindset, courage and tools to make that a reality.




My journey to healing my relationship with myself, food and my body began 5 years ago. I stumbled into a yoga studio searching for a weight loss solution, and little did I know that that stumble would lead to my desired self-transformation.

I began to see that the “fix” was within me all along. Slowly, I finally committed to changing my mindset so I could change my life.


Yoga, meditation and mindset work gave me the tools to to believe in myself and with this confidence I was able to heal my relationship with food and my body.


It wasn’t until I finally trusted myself to ditch diet mentality and heal my relationship with myself, that I really began living.


When I stopped worrying about food and being consumed by societal pressures to “do” and “be”, I was amazed at the amount of time and mental capacity I gained. I gained my life back, my life that I had forgotten was even available to be living.

The program content is delivered via an online platform that you will have lifetime access to! Inside of our online platform, content will be broken down by each module and there will be links to the bi-weekly zoom calls and Voxer chats.

Do I need to have experience with mindfulness or meditation before joining the program?


How do the group coaching calls work/when are they scheduled?


Group Coaching Calls are scheduled weekly, once inside our program we will set our call dates collectively to ensure we are offering dates that are most accessible to all participants.
